Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 August 2026
This policy explains what data FeedCove (“we”, “the Service”) collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted. It applies to the FeedCove web application at feedcove.app and to this website.
1. Who we are
FeedCove is a social media publishing tool operated from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. For any privacy question or request, contact feedcove@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.
2. What we collect
Account data: your email address and display name, used to create your workspace and sign you in.
Social account connections: when you connect a social account, we receive from that platform an access token, the account or page identifier, and the public profile name and picture. We request only the permissions needed for the features you use — publishing, reading your own posts, comments and statistics. We never ask for your social network password, and we cannot sign in as you outside the connected API.
Content you create: post text, uploaded images and video, scheduling times, and the delivery result returned by each platform. Media files are stored so the platforms can fetch them at publishing time — several platforms download media from a public URL rather than accepting an upload.
Technical data: server logs with IP address, timestamp, requested URL and error details, plus an audit record of publishing actions taken in your workspace. We use these to operate the service, investigate failures, and demonstrate that a publication was authorised.
3. What we do with it
We use your data to run the service you asked for: to publish and schedule your posts, to show your own posts, comments and statistics back to you, to notify you about failures, and to keep the service secure and working. We do not sell data, do not share it with advertisers, do not use it to build advertising profiles, and do not use the content of your posts to train machine learning models.
Where FeedCove offers AI assistance with writing, the text you explicitly submit for assistance is sent to our AI provider to generate a suggestion and is not used by us for any other purpose. Suggestions are never published automatically — you review and confirm every post.
4. Platform data
Data we obtain through the APIs of Meta (Instagram, Threads, Facebook) and other platforms is used solely to provide the features you enabled, in accordance with each platform's developer terms and policies. We do not transfer platform data to third parties, except to the infrastructure providers listed below acting on our instructions. When you disconnect an account, we stop calling that platform's API on your behalf and delete the stored token.
5. Where it is stored and who can access it
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on servers located in the European Union. Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM; the encryption key is held outside the database. Traffic between you and the service is encrypted with TLS. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service.
We rely on the following processors: our hosting provider (server infrastructure), and the social platforms you choose to connect. Adding a processor that handles personal data will be reflected in this policy.
6. How long we keep it
- Access tokens — until you disconnect the account, then deleted.
- Posts and media — while your account exists, then deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
- Server logs — up to 90 days; audit records of publishing actions are kept for 12 months.
7. Your choices
You can disconnect any social account at any time from the Accounts screen, which removes the stored token. You can request access to your data, correction, export or deletion by emailing feedcove@gmail.com. Deleting your FeedCove account removes your workspace, posts, media and tokens — see the Data Deletion page for the exact procedure.
Revoking FeedCove's access from inside the social platform itself also works: the platform notifies us and we delete the corresponding token.
8. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics and no tracking pixels on this site or in the application.
9. Children
FeedCove is a business tool and is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by the social platforms you connect, whichever is higher.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
