Data Deletion

Last updated: 2 August 2026

There are three ways to have your data removed from FeedCove. All of them are free and none of them require you to explain why.

1. Disconnect a single social account

In FeedCove, open Accounts, find the connected account and choose Disconnect. The stored access token is deleted immediately and we stop calling that platform's API on your behalf. Posts you already published on the platform are unaffected — they belong to your social account, not to FeedCove.

2. Revoke access from the platform

You can also remove FeedCove from the social platform's own settings — for example, in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, or in Facebook under Settings → Apps and websites. The platform notifies us, and we delete the corresponding token and connection data automatically.

3. Delete your FeedCove account and all data

Email feedcove@gmail.com from the address registered with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Server logs and publishing audit records are retained for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy (90 days and 12 months respectively), because we may need them to investigate abuse or demonstrate that a publication was authorised. They are then removed automatically. Encrypted backups are rotated out within 30 days.

What FeedCove cannot delete

We cannot delete posts, comments or messages that already exist on Instagram, Threads, Facebook or any other network — those live on the platform and are removed there, from your own account. Deleting your FeedCove account does not affect your social accounts.
