Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms govern your use of FeedCove (“the Service”). By creating an account or connecting a social account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

FeedCove lets you compose a post once, adapt it per network, schedule it, and publish it to social accounts you have connected. Publication happens through the official APIs of those platforms, using the access you grant.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at feedcove@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Connected social accounts

You may connect only accounts and pages that you own or are authorised to manage. You confirm that you have the right to publish the content you submit through the Service. You can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes our stored access to it.

4. Your content

Your content stays yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service: to store your content, transform it as required by a target platform (for example, resize or convert an image), host it at a public URL when the platform fetches media that way, and transmit it to the platforms you selected. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or terminate access — for a single workspace or for a specific connected account — if this section is breached, if a platform requires it, or if activity threatens the operation or the API access of the Service. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

6. Platform dependence

The Service depends on third-party APIs that we do not control. Platforms change or withdraw features, revise their rules, apply their own rate limits, and may reduce the distribution of content for reasons of their own. We do not guarantee that a post will be delivered, that a feature will remain available, or that a given level of reach will be achieved.

7. Beta status

The Service is currently in closed testing. It is provided as is: features may change or disappear, interruptions and defects are expected, and you should not rely on it as the only record of your content. Keep your own copies of anything important.

8. Fees

Participation in the closed beta is free. If paid plans are introduced, we will publish the pricing and give you notice before any charge applies to your account.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see the Data Deletion page. We may terminate or suspend an account as described in section 5, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice to account holders.

10. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost audience or reach, or loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders before they take effect; continued use after that date means acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
